@Huawei King I don't know the perks of paying the membership. One guy I go to the gym with has the same THENX app as mine. Only difference is he pays for his & I don't. We traded phones & went through the app to see the difference. There was no difference. We had the same capabilities. So I don't know if there was something beyond the app (website/Facebook group/etc.), It also could have changed with the new software update they did this year. I'm almost 40 had 3 babies, couldn't do one push up, or pull up. I can now do 60 push ups without stopping, run a mile in the 15/16 boys age group, & do 15 unassisted pull ups ( maybe nothing to some people, but I was inactive, so it's an accomplishment for me). People can't keep up with me in the gym, & I get stopped all the time asking if I'm a cross fitter. I just laugh & say no better than cross fit, it's THENX. My husband is a big guy, & he laughed at the THENX workout. Told him, then let's see you do it. He got through one round & dropped out. Sorry this is so long & rambly, just saying whether you pay or do the free version you won't be disappointed.

Dear Chris, thank you so much for this video, as it (greatly) helped me to finally achieve my very FIRST pull up today after one month of trying, not only that, but I was able to do it again and again after the first time as well! It's just a matter of feeling the movement for once and then everything just rolls from there. But for the people who are still trying to do it, I have couple of tips that I found out along the way: - It really helps to do a FALSE GRIP and NOT grabbing the bar too tight, while rotating your wrists upward just a bit, this will help your elbows rotate above the bar. - The L-Sit Kick that Chris teaches in this video is also VITAL for this movement, the harder you kick, the higher you will go, thus the easier the movement gets. Again, thank you, ThenX, for all your content!

I teach martial arts and you can immediately see somebody who is good at communicating how to move your body vs. somebody who struggles to break down the movement. Chris, you should edit in a tracer graphic that follows the points of your body that you want people to understand the motion of. For example, the “C” motion of the muscle up of the shoulders can be a visual “C” edited in. Then some people may get the “ah-ha” moment you’re trying to project. In any case, your an outstanding teacher! 🤙
