Alhamdulillah I needed this video six months ago. Now my wife of 18 years wants a divorce, despite a blessed marriage for 95% of it. InshaAllah she changes her mind but it’s not looking optimistic. @@goddessr3065 you can pray to Allah anytime, Allah does not sleep, please refer to Quran, chapter 2, verse 255. The reason I said last third of the night, because it's a special time, when we do extra effort to wake up and pray to Allah, He loves that. That's just based on what I know, Allah knows best. Also your first comment regarding me not being good to wife does not make sense because I am a wife. Me and my husband we try our best to be good to each other and pray to Allah to keep our home peaceful.

I think a lot of these issues are caused by the underlying issues of emotional immaturity, lack of compassion, lack of self-control, lack of self-accountability etc on both parts. If that's fixed and aligned with Taqwa, perhaps we will start seeing the positive effects of such talks in our wider Ummah Inshaa Allah
