I schedule out my content ahead of time using Buffer, and do a combination of text-based, images, videos, and blogs. In terms of frequency, you'll need to test out what works best for your own audience. I do several posts every day.

Hey Gihan! I personally don't customize the invite. I've tested both and never noticed a difference. If you do customize it, do NOT mention your services yet. It's too early. Just keep it casual. Once they accept, DM them to talk more. :)

In my opinion, those are not leads. A lead is a prospect who is looking for what I offer and because of that could become a client. This is just using the filter to find specific people within a company. They are not looking for anything. Videos like this lead to the situation we are in today: every day I get around 10 e-mails of people who found me through linkedin and offer me services even though I don't want anything. I keep deleting them but it's neverending. I don't think this is the way.
