BYD you have transformed my yard from a major disappointment to the envy of my subdivision. We moved into our home in Ga. 3 years ago. We’ve gone through 3 landscapers. NONE, I repeat, NONE, have done for my lawn what your videos have done in 3 months. Your introduction of Sunniland products with the use of your calendar are a God Send!!! Let me explain why I watch ALL of your videos even if it doesn’t pertain to anything I’m doing at the time. We moved here from New Jersey so I knew all there was to know about fescue grass😀 But, then I met Georgia Clay, Bermuda grass & three years of disappointment😤... Your sense of humor & your patience to explain how to treat Bermuda grass helped me greatly. But for the life of me I don’t understand where landscaper don’t use a catch on their lawn mowers here. All the clippings don’t decompose, which ends up being thatch! Sunniland Pre- Emergent & Weed & Feed gave my lawn that evergreen look.... Getting ready to call Sunniland about the liquid fertilizer you introduced today...

His lawn would look like “artificial grass” if he mowed with a reel mower! I use a Remington Rm3100 and my neighbor said it looks like I have carpet in the back yard. I paid 89 bucks for it but I want to upgrade to get a smoother now. Don’t underestimate the look of a reel mowed lawn!

Someone mentioned a reel mower in the comments. I really want to see you have one of these because you have the realest lawn most people have. I’m going with a California Trimmer because of the price point and I would definitely contribute towards a reel mower just to see the difference it would make strictly for the asthetics of your green ass lawn. I think I may try that product BYD, I’ve got an acre Bermuda lawn. I guess the hose end sprayer would be best for me. You just fill up those hose end sprayers with product to the top, and spray until it runs empty? Wonder how many bottles it would take for almost an acre? I have some empty hose end bottles. I’ve been thinking about getting a tow behind sprayer that I can pull with my zero turn mower.

I know, right. Its been over a week of 100+ temperatures with zero rain and little in sight. I'm using a lot of sprinkler irrigation just to keep my bermuda grass from dying/turning brown, getting to ascentuate/enhance is out of the question right now.

al vin don’t apply in 85 or higher but you’ll need plenty of hydration to the lawn to get the best results.

If I put down Bermuda seed is it possible for it to become dominant and how long would it take to take over the back? Also, what’s the best way to accomplish this? Thanks!

Rodney Akins you should’ve killed off the Fescue first. You’ll always have that mix because the fescue will thrive in cool season weather. Yes it’s possible for a take over but you are talking years.

James Brown both work well, pretty much the same. The major difference is the prices. Fertilome fertilizer sell for about 30-5o bucks on Amazon, only covers 5k, the liquid cost about 40 for a gallon. Sunniland 30 bucks a bag of fertilizer at Lowe’s 24-0-11 and the liquid on YardMastery (check current prices) is like 40-50 for a 2.5 gallon. But nothing is wrong with either. I just like to show you guy options 👍🏾

Lesco moisture manager is the same as the hydretain. I personally buy mine at SiteOne. They used to sell it on Amazon but I don’t think 💭 they do any more.
