KZbin has their own compression, so it can mess with the volume a lot. It could also be because of your video editor.

For sure. Some producers do a different mix for beatstars, and make it louder, but then the actual mp3/wav people buy are mixed quieter.

Ideally they have the stems which aren’t mastered, if they plan on mastering it again. If they don’t want to master it again, they can just mix their vocals and use the already mixed beat.
