What great about some of these is that they focus on the lower core which I had previously ignored until I slightly injured my lower back. I was given similar exercises from my physical therapist and should be able to return to jumping and lifting in 1-2 weeks. Great channel man you should upload more frequently!

i appreciate that a lot bro! i try to be as consistent as possible but it's hard because of school. i'm definitely more consistent on tiktok. let me know how your journey goes too bro!

@@RiqB oh I feel you I don’t use tik tok so that makes sense why I don’t know lol. Yeah school is always tough, I was able to manage weekly vids while in my last year this past semester though my work load was a lot lower. Yes sir I’ll keep grinding once I’m healed up, was close to dunking off self lob before injury.
