Just hopped on the site, and it looks like they changed the application screen. Could just be me but it now shows "LIVE on pc or console" and "LIVE Studio". I was approved for studio but not "pc/console". Great video btw and thanks for the info.

-Also just got completely logged in, and setup through studio. It puts you on a 14 day trial, and gives requirements to keep live privilage after the 14 day period.- Unless I did something wrong... I indeed did something wrong

Thought this was the answer but its not working like others have pointed out. After downloading the file and extracting, windows says it can't run because it has detected a virus and then deletes the file. Also tried the 0.09 pre-release version and it doesn't even download it at all before saying there is a virus.

You have to go into windows firewall. Then go to previous threats click actions then select allow then click run actions. Then it should restore then open it again and restart your pc and you should be good

Update : went live and it worked, but on my phone it doesn't show that i'm live. It did show on my girls phone that i was live and she was able to watch but on my phone there's no way of me seeing i'm live... I did check on a web browser on my pc and it showed i was live and was able to watch but not on my phone. Anybody have any ideas?

I followed his exact steps and used atium plugin for obs. the tiktok app on my phone doesn't show that I'm live but my girl can see I'm live from her phone app. I can also see that I'm live on my PC. I go to my tiktop profile page and under my picture it says live and the live is in the same place where my other clips are. But my profile page on my phone doesn't show anything

Not sure if there is a difference in Tiktok for Canada and US, but for me, there is no Streamlabs option when applying. There are two, LIVE on PC and Console & LIVE Studio . I've been approved for Live Studio which is their own version I believe. But not the other way that would allow a streamkey. Unfortunate, guess I gotta wait for the 1k follows LOL

Possibly. It uses the Streamlabs API though, so unless they specifically have a vendetta against OBS (even they can even detect you are using OBS), it *should* be safe, but I will update the video if that is no longer the case in the future.
