I have for years, have had a close friend, that was typically the highest grossing yearly cabinet sale person in the nation. He chose to be in the very competitive market of cabinets for apartments. He confessed to me that to achieve this position repetitively he never sold a single cabinet… he only sold people. He loved selling people… it clearly showed.

I work in huge industrial aluminum company which some times, something doesn’t work, I am not afraid to,suggest plan b or plan c. There is always a solutions. Living in California and the diversity of my friends has helped me. California

Thanks for the really helpful advice. However, I have to say, things can only change or happen if the company has the capacity to contain that many officially titled leaders. If someone who can be a good leader but doesn't have the opportunity for that role in a particular organisation, he/she should leave and seek greener pastures.
