You have two different 27's listed in your image. I believe the second Dampe heart is number 29 in the video in case anyone was looking.

That feeling when you're missing one piece of heart and you have no clue where it is. I feel like I've checked every single location. I think I've gotten two heart pieces from the fishing game, I have all lures and I've caught small fish, medium fish and even the blooper and cheep cheep. I've done all of the Dampé things. I've delivered all figurines. I've bought the one from the shop. I don't get where I could've missed one. Went through the places I was even slightly unsure of. Nothing. I know where every single thing in this game is, but that's almost making things worse right now. Okay, I apparently hadn't gotten the one from the Rapids Race, even though I know I have done it before. Strange. No wonder I couldn't find it.

I realize I had the same problem, I'm sure I got that piece of heart in the past because my time was less than 35 seconds. Now I did it again with 36 seconds and I got a piece of heart ¬¬

Yeah same problem my game glitched out i had all pieces of heart but said i had only one left so i was forced to restart the game

@@gusiguess2974 No, I was fast enough. Even RickardoSaldivar had the same issue. It wouldn't surprise me if some button input interrupted the event. I had also already received a piece of heart after completing the race, which should've been that one. So it was either not saved, or some other bug made it not be registered. Also, before the obligatory "you forgot to save", no. The game autosaves.

Side Note though, number 23 is super confusing cuz it lists the location on the map as the EXIT of that cave, while the entrance is very close to where 22 is on the map. Took me a while to find that on my own.

4:19 You don’t need to go there at that point in the game, you technically need to visit it 3 times 1- Angler’s Tunnel & Hibiscus 2- Bird Key & Eagle’s Tower, Turtle Rock, Wind Fish’s’ egg

Just to confirm, It's actually 40 seconds for the heart piece and 35 seconds for the secret seashell in the rapids race game. And 30 seconds for a Dampe dungeon slab. Cool note, I nearly broke the 25 second mark today on only my 5th try with a time of 25.38. Never seen anyone post a time that fast before here on KZbin, but am sure someone out there has done better. Could probably break the 25 second barrier with enough practice.

By the way, for the River Race piece specifically (part 27 on your list) doesn't seem to be time based, I think you just need to beat it twice. First time I got a time of 33 seconds, which gave me a Secret Seashell, then for my second time I got 34 seconds, but was still given the Heart Piece. Just so you know!

Thanks for the great guide. Just for your information: I just did the rapid raft race and was very slow. I did get the heart with a 44 second run. I believe you get it anyways. You need to be fast for the seashell it seems

Correction on dampe hearts u have to complete all 4 in each section to get heart piece 1,2, and 3. The specific mission for dampe is incorrect as I only did that specific mission without doing the others and got nothing

So I spent hours looking for a heart piece. I have 30/32 and the last one I knew where it was but wasnt able to reach it yet, and the one I was missing was the raft race BUT I swear i got that one, when I did it earlier I got 33 seconds and was rewarded a heart, did it again got 43 seconds and he gives me a heart, so my game must have glitched out or something.
