im sorry man, but victiny has been confirmed not to be in the game, not only were dataminers unable to find it. The pokemon home dex basicly is a conformation from game freak themselves that it isn't obtainable in swsh, Perhabs the encounter was added for a future event but we prob won't get it for a pretty long time if this is the case. There is also a more likely case that victiny was added but later removed before the final release. :I

My personal experience catching the legendary birds in Crown Tundra, Isle of Armor and Wild Area: Articuno: Hardest to find, it took me more time than with Moltres and Zapdos but went in the third Ultra Ball after paralyzing it and getting it to low HP. Zapdos: Tough to intercept, it runs real fast, but then in battle wasn't hard to catch, more or less same as Articuno it went in the third Ultra Ball more or less. Moltres: Easiest to find, but for me the hardest to catch. Damn deepfried evil KFC "Nasty Plotted" to the top and was massacring my team, had to use tons of Full Restores and Max Revives, plus it wouldn't get in Ultra Balls... it was a long battle and it finally got into a Timer Ball after countless turns... phew

Same method as catching a lot of other legendaries, such as Mewtwo. Go to the Max Lair in Crown Tundra after completing the main story. If you’re lucky, you’ll get an Ultra Beast.

@@ziagochenaur2980 I used 100 ultra balls because my pokemon kept fainting reggisteel so I had to change my pokemon team little I used a super effective move and then he fainted on me didn't even get restarted on how many times my team fainted articuno I finely have articuno after 1 month of changing her down and destroying that pokemon or she uses a move witchkilled her or it was hailing and she was in the red zone I threw the ultraball at her and she broke free only to be hit by the hail and fainting then finely catching her or him when it was not hailing what so ever I used 300 ultra balls that month alone to get articuno then went after the swords of justice after that getting them all in one day with having to get Cobalion after I got Verizon and Terrakion I use 20 Ultra Balls on Verizon 20 Ultra Balls on Terrakion then used a 500 Ultra Balls on Cobalion worst day ever but also the best day ever then i got keldeo he fainted my Verizon and Cobalion then i got him with just one ultra ball
