To me they're great "friends" for pleasures and fun. They opened my perspectives like no others. Now when it comes to working with them, I believe the best use of their talent is when you leave them in the brainstorming room while you are turning dreams (that 4s can also provide) into reality with people who love this and who find pleasure in overcoming challenges. Then invite them for coffee break to entertain the troops so your guys can laugh and relax. Then invite them to leave when the break time is over. Mindfully consider your decision to trust their ability to sweat aside you if the sky turns grey.
