+bianca june I didn't now there was a set schedule. I just did what felt comfortable (though a schedule is probably the safest rout). I wore mine for two weeks, every 3 days bringing it in a tad more (and letting it out throughout the day) until I felt my waist was cinched to my liking. I personally think my body looks weird when I close the corset the whole way.

I think it would be something you would have to grow into... Like a bonsai tree. I honestly have no idea and would suggest you do a lot of research on it. Changing one's shape like that could be dangerous.
