Hello your information is excellent, and the process you explain to PR is perfect, any Indians can follow without going to consult agent or any consultation, I did the same process in 2007 without agent and online submission of application and got a PR in 2008, and I am now citizen of Australia. I did ITI and Diploma in Mechanical. I am living in Perth,all the best for you.

Hi Shriram. Agents are used to procedures as they process 1000s of applications. Hence, they have all information readily available. However, sometimes they would want to take the easiest route. Doing all by yourself will require efforts to understand all the requirements. You need time & patience for that. Finally, even if you go with an agent, make sure you don't leave everything in their hands. Do your own research as well and ask them smart questions about your application.

For uploading documents in Immiaccount when applying for visa, do I need to get my documents certified/notarised, or having scanned coloured documents is already sufficient.
