Thanks for the video. I have a very important question on submitting EOI. I have worked in one company from May 2018 till July 2021. My ACS letter says that I can consider experience from May 2020 as 2 years they have considered for suitability. So how do I put that company experience in EOI application. Shall i make 2 entries for the same employer : one from May 2018 to May 2020 and select No(For the option : related to nominated ANZSCO code) : second entry for same employer from May 2020 to July 2021 and select yes. Or shall i make single entry from May 2018 til July 2021 and select Yes.

QUERY : In EOI, under Partner details I have selected partner occupation in skilled occupation list as YES. Does the YES mean that I need to have a positive skills assessment? I only want to claim 5 points for English and don't want additional 5 points for the same skill as I don't have the positive assessment as of today. Do I select the option as YES or NO? If I select NO, am I lying to the officials that my partners occupation is not in the list? I just don't want to make a mistake here. And if I select YES and I don't add further details of the assessment, will that be considered an incomplete application and delay the invite?

Currently, all states have one of these two different conditions. 1- To have lived in that state for a certain period of time 2- To have an education degree in that particular state. An immigrant candidate who has not come to Australia as such is not eligible for 190/489/491 visas. Has this been happening in the past? Or did the states set such rules because of the pandemic?
