I’ve been with my wife since 1994 got married in 1999 she just left in July of this year, I’ve realized now that my emotional baggage stems from when I was a child my fear of abandonment and my distrust in women stems from when I was a child so I have emotionally beat her down for many years and didn’t realize that I was doing it. My Wife left 3 months ago and moved in with her mom.. She left a lot of things here at first she said we need to live separately for a while. Throughout this "separation" we've had good conversations and bad ones. My ex started getting golder 3 weeks ago although the night was good and she invited me but after a 3/4 days she stopped sending greetings and pretended to be busy and having things on. Then one day we mutually decided to plan but she didn't inform. After that she said these things " I don't want you as much months ago and not feeling that much plus i deserve someone who loves me" . Then she asked to meet and discuss face to face. Coach Alex on face to face she said it's not connected to me. Something is taken in her mind and alot of stuff and few issues doesn't permit her happy. She is already consulting her psychologist since January this year. Then after meet uo and night over we decided to meet for hangout but she left for 2 days vacation on her own where we continued to communicate. But this time even her behavior changed much than the previous time and after couple of days she told me it was not good that i didn't ask about her and she waited. I said simmilar to her i was also waiting but after giving hin to the plan you should let me know as you said that she will. Summing up, coach alex she became off and on and sometimes responsive with her greetings and emoji kisses for night and morning but then again asked to meet because she wants to discuss some things. I told her i am busy for couple of days you can text her and we will free as soon s i get free... Then she told me she dont miss me as she she missed me before to meet. I keep it light thats its normal.. then evening she asked what are you doing have you taken lunch and stuff. I said why you asking.. she replied she is curious...and then send good night greetings and stuff she seemed happy because she was using happy emoji while wishing me good night ...then next afternoon she asked me i am free and i told her that i am still taken with stuff if important you can tell me on text. Then she replied " as i told you i am not as committed as before, i notice that i dont miss you so much and i feel really gulty because I have more clear ideas. I really enjoyed the time we spend togehter but, even if it not nice to say, it is not a priority for me" ... In return i didn't react and i said it's totally normal.. and i playfully teased her a bit that i want to say few things. But then i decided to do it on face. Then she replied that i am teasing her a bit because of these texts and emojis and texts as i was not getting angrier. Then i told her we will meet soon and she replied let me know. Then i wished her simple goodnight to end this conversation and shed did the same. But after 22 September i didn't meet her nor write he neither she wrote me. After couple of days i stopped seeing her stories and she did same in return. In a week she started posting stories of girl giving complain to a guy about life and stuff.then she posted some sad stuff and aiming that she is getting rid of feelings and now she is posting normal selfies and stuff but she haven't reached out yes. It 2 weeks of no contact from me and she is replicating the same. I don't know whether i have made a mistake to not meet her and listen her then decided to use no contact. Before that she used to text and call every day with showering of emotions plan and stuff. And she usually confess that this is her best experience so far and ho much she want and happy. I noticed things getting changed from September 7 2020 and on 22 she asked to meet probably for breakup i guess. During this time i told her if she want to break up she can tell and we will do it as if feeling fades away it can be the result. Dear coach alex i dont want to beg or plead infront of my gf but i am also ready for break-up knowingly how much it hurts and affecting me bit i am trying to stay positive. Should i meet her and text her because last text i said i will let you know when i am getting free and she responded ok let her know when you can. It been 13 days of no contact from me and also her. Should i break no contact and text her to meet. Although be i am ready for any thing that is against me weather she moves on or dating or angry at me or have lost all feeling for me. This a terrible situation indeed but it shows how little and low your ex is. She is selfish and you should cut all contact with both of them. Don’t go to their social media. Don’t go to the same spots they go. Erase them completely from your life and your phone and let time heal your heart. Go out meet new people talk about it with your best friends or a therapist if you feel like it’s too hard but don’t just stay alone and stalk them on social media. Cut all contacts. We were texting and things were going. Hey Love advice, quick question, my ex has have been initiating a lot of contact with me sometimes she shows reactants with me and sometimes she seems open about it, However, I’ve noticed that whenever I Initiate contact with her, she’s always closed off and gets kinda cold. My ex broke up with me over a week ago and did exactly that, the classic phrase “I lost feeling for you”. I handled the breakup very well I just stayed collected and walked away, And literally hours later that day now he’s saying he might be willing to work it out... he keeped reaching out I responded in a neutral way and then he wanted to meet up to talk. I said not until after my boards exam because I wanted to have a clear head. So I’m making him wait a week, he understood and responded saying “talk soon”. Will that distance and space help my chances?

He still has pictures of me on his Instagram and fb still saying we’re in a relationship... also I know none of his friends and family knows at all about this. A few days ago his mom reached out to me talking about how she wants to to see “us” soon. Is this a good sign?

My husband is afraid of what his family will say if we get back together. They had a “Divorce Party” and he said a lot of negative things about me. After having done that, he will feel very foolish if having done all those things, we get back together. My ex said she doesn't have feelings fore me anymore, that she decided for a relationship too quickly and that she isn't ready for a relationship. Of course the kind of idiot that i am, i begged and i was needy and i apologised all the time and i broke the no contact after 20 days and all that stuff, so i fucked everything up. I have changed and i became such a better person in general, but i don't know how to make her realise that. It is getting close to 30 days after the last contact and i am doing fun stuff and all that, but i didnt post about it anywhere, because i never really posted any where to be honest. Does anybody have any tips or suggestions on what to do, so i can get her to meet up, so she can see that im a better person?
