For stage 2,Get an alt and control it on your phone if you play on another platform and just start quests in soul society while in a team with ur alt. Then you do the quest and grip ur alt. By doing this, ur almost done with the hollow kills when the grips are done.

there's a way to kinda track the hollow kills, elite grips and boss quest. Talk to your zanpakuto 6-7 times and he will say this: "Sacrifice the promise of rivals" means you don't have enough Elite-Grade kills. "Great Bawa-Bawa slain, then I will consider you worthy" means you have to kill 1 boss. "Those once pure must be felled" means you don't have enough hollow kills.
