yeah he is a beast, and using really good form on them too. If anyone is interested, I have a new 6 minute fat loss video that should be very helpful.

Magnus Sletten Yeah about a year ago I seriously messed up my elbows on skullcrushers. I couldn't properly train triceps for 6 months and it bothered me on every push movement. Elbows don't hurt anymore unless I try and do skullcrushers again so I just stay away
@juanitogonzalez327 жыл бұрын
Magnus Sletten Lmao same here bro, i could already feel the pain on mine !!

I'm on the same exact boat, but skullcrushers are the only exercise that actually get my triceps sore.

With all of your tricep movements you always have externally rotated shoulders, which is great for the 2 tricep heads you have development in. To target the lateral head try internally rotating at the shoulder. Great vid as always!

45 degrees angle on skullcrushers is more tension on triceps than 90 degrees, because gravity.
@JfaJosephR97 жыл бұрын
What do u mean??
@JfaJosephR97 жыл бұрын
What would 90 degrees be? I understand 45 but how do you do 90
@DefenderX7 жыл бұрын
Arms 90 degrees from your body lying down. When you fully extend your arms in this position, the arms will be parallel to gravity, meaning the arm muscles won't need to tense to keep the arms stable. If you move your elbows up to around your face to make a 45 degree angle instead, the fully extended arm will not be parallel to gravity and the arms will need to tense to keep the arms in that position.

Alternative Chris brachialis
@chrisofhearts227 жыл бұрын
Brachiallis is on the side the peak is the long head jeff cavaliere says that he is a physical therapist.
@1932hornet7 жыл бұрын
The brachialis is deep to the biceps brachii which causes the upward pushing of them and causes the peak.
@boratjungleheat56267 жыл бұрын
Alternative Chris yes, the long head is primary responsible for the peak. if you train your brachialis too, you will get a better bicep peak. but the long head has the most impact (is it on or of developping? i'm not sure about it. german is my mother tongue) a bicep peak like arni in his good old days
