You can bend your legs in the position and place your knees onto the floor and just use your arms as your normally would its the same thing your just not putting all of your weight onto your arms 💗

if you guys want to lose weight quickly try to do this workout instead, it was given by jungkook of BTS. - 100 squats - 20 lunges ( two sets ) - 30 abs workouts (crunches) - one min plank - one min plank dips i tried this workout today and for reall i felt so much burn dude.

if you really want a body like kpop idols: HIIT workouts 7k+ steps each day stand on toes and stretch your body to get a little taller. emi wongs workouts and lily sabri workouts really help! do check those out. run on a treadmill if you can ever find one and run on 7 speed with incline till you can (not more than 20 mins) workout plan- add 10 more to what's in the video hiit workouts, trust me, they'll make you sweat like crazy which will help in fat burn. 25 mountain climbers 30 heel touches 25 sec plank 25 Russian twists 40 sec high plank 20 crunches diet- don't stop consuming junk food but try to switch up unhealthy snacks with delicious healthy snacks!! try to consume less sugar and fats because it doesn't help much but don't fully stop, obviously sometimes you can have junk foods but consume less than what you consume now. DO NOT starve yourself, its unhealthy and WILL CAUSE bloating and diseases!! consume ATLEAST 3 healthy meals a day! DO NOT FORGET TO DRINK 3 L OF WATER TOO

Oh hell no why do all that because in the end we will all die and it does not matter how your body looks or what weight you are. You are fine however you are. As long as you can stand up and walk around you are not obese.

here are some tips to look like korean people 1st : Skin care 1. After waking up in the morning, take some ice cubes and gently rub it in your lips but for 1-2 minutes only! (for red lips) 2. Wash your face 3-4 times a day with clean water and don't use much makeup products!(for clear and soft skin) 3. Oil your hair on every Sunday and wash it after 2-3 hours. But, please note that don't leave oil in your hair overnight as it can weaken your hair roots! (for shiny and silky hair) 2nd : body exercises 1: 20 push up 2: 40 bicycle crunches 3: 20 jump squats 4: 40 squats 5: 30 heel touches 6: 30 sec plank I hope these tips help🖤🩷💜

When they say “you can do it” they mean that at some point if you work hard you will be able to do push-ups, you could do like small exercises for your arms

The order is : 20 squats 20 pushups 10 planks 20 jump squats 20 crunches 15 burpees And also have a good diet - not like starving yourself but eat balanced meals and drink lots of water, remember it’s still important to treat yourself every once in a while!😊

I was doing a hourglass work out before i saw this one and i did the squats but i was up to the push ups and my arms just went NO! And i said to myself ill do it in the morning and we were supposed to be asleep at the moment and then i went out to get a drink and i got jumpscared by my father😢 and we were alowed up for thirty minutes more and i said...nah ill do the work out and my sis literally saw me faint but it was worth it❤😂 thanks! (I actually ended up only doing four...)

Honestly the le seraphim workout is really progressive after 3 days my progress was huge I'd lost 5 pounds already but just so you know you've gotta be ready for some hardcore workouts because this Is that . 🎧🪵Tips to make it easier🎧🪵 . 1. Drink water at least 4 oz pls for your body's sake it helps with flushing it toxins 2. Try to be on a 500 calorie defecent to lose weight fast remember you can't target fat 3. Remember you don't have to look skinny u control your actions

If I do these things I become a toothpick, because I eat a lot but really a lot, every afternoon I eat 1 whole bag of chips (i eat at dinner and Lunch too eh), but I don't get fat.

@@haven7208 Yes defo, but on the first day of doing it don’t do the burpees, only do like as much as you can, and keep raising that amount everyday, so you don’t over work yourself :)

I recommend this workout for intermediate people, it’s pretty demanding but you get good results. Just remember that your body is beautiful no matter what. Don’t let other people tell you otherwise!

Oh hell no why do all that because in the end we will all die and it does not matter how your body looks or what weight you are. You are fine however you are. As long as you can stand up and walk around you are not obese.
