In my workplace, I am publishing apps via the Power Apps… app. Users are consuming these apps on corporate devices, which means I can deploy a device through Intune, including automatic deployment of the Power Apps app. The user then just needs to log in to the app and as long as I’ve published the app for that user, they see it immediately. I could probably make it even easier by deploying the Managed Home Screen for automatic shortcuts, but on Android, I can get this far for a corporate device by simply getting the user to turn on the device and scan a QR code, which will then configure everything zero-touch. If we needed the app on personal devices, I might consider wrapping the app, but it’s worth noting that apps accessed through the Power Apps app can be subject to App Protection Policies, which means you can still do things like prevent screenshots, control data stored locally and deny backup to personal cloud. I don’t use the mobile browser, except to test the app in the designer - I’m not a psychopath 😂

Haha We trust you. Thanks for sharing 🙂 I love the idea of using a QR code to set things up for your users - that's a really simple and efficient user experience! I can see this significantly cutting down costs for setup and configuration if you don't have to handle each device before it's in the user's hands and can just ship it directly to them (especially if your organization is remote or hybrid).

if i wrapped app to app store will users will need license to use the app?

Licensing is required for all Power Apps, regardless of if they are wrapped. All users who access your Power App must have an account in your tenant and will require some sort of Power App license. If your app uses premium connectors they will require licensing that covers those connectors. Here is Microsoft's documentation on licensing for additional details.
