I wondered why the lord wasn't responding back to me ..than I realized when my own thought process was being interrupted in my own voice and it was god answering me all along I just had to figure it out!

Soooo good! I was in my mid-50s before I understood this. Through a season of pain so bad that I was begging to die I finally gave up my life to God. And he came through in an unbelievable way. He healed my body of an “incurable” illness, and I’m grateful for that, but even more I’m grateful for God bringing me to rock bottom so I could know without a single doubt that he is with me always. When it seems like God’s far away, I now know that he’s right where I left him when I turned to pursue something else, and I just need to actively readjust my heart and mind toward Him again.

Hello Faith, this video was very heartfelt for me. I have always struggled with reading and studying the Bible. I will do good for a while then I drift away from it. Once I realize it, I begin to feel guilty for not keeping my relationship with God ongoing. With that guilt, I start feeling unworthy and shameful. You had mentioned Romans 8: 38-39. I looked them up in my Bible Knowledge commentary and really enjoyed what it shared. I would like to share it here(I hope this is ok). "Paul ends this discussion on believer's safety in Jesus Christ and the certainty of their sanctification with a positive declaration. Nothing overhead or underneath can suddenly come swooping down or up to sever believer's from God's love. Absolutely Nothing in His creation can thwart His purpose for believer's in Christ. What a way to affirm the certainty of believer's salvation." This really touched me and to me went along with what your saying. God is always there. He waits for us to come to Him with open, loving hands. Thank you again Faith.

So simple, so clear but didn’t see what the enemy was doing till now. I will be happily watching this video several more times as a reminder. There is NOTHING WRONG with the way I use to pray. Thank you Faith ! This reminded me of something we used to say, way back when I was a teen going on lay witness missions to other churches youth programs. We would say " Feel far from God ? Guess who moved ! " we would tell them it sure wasn't God ! He is always with us and then follow with a Bible message. So many years ago, but still a constant reminder to me when I'm not feeling close to Him because of what I AM NOT DOING !! Love, hugs and prayers everyone !! Kansas Grandma waving at you !!

Faith, I just learned that in the north they don’t ask in a restaurant nor do they offer an iced drink to go. The other day I was in IHOP of all places.. “want a refill to take with you honey?”. I was a travel nurse in the north, I could ORDER a to go drink, but I had to pay for it. Gotta love the south 😂 (I’m in Mississippi)

I usually feel far from God when I'm mad. And then I don't feel like having my quiet time with Him. And that's when I need Him most. But I'm still working on it. Thank you for reminding me that just because I FEEL from God that doesn't make it true. Being completely honest with God just lifts the burden off our shoulders. Before I thought I had to pray to God a certain way and say the right things etc. But then I started to express my raw feelings to Him and it is so refreshing! Like a weight being lifted off my shoulders. Speaking of weights, I'm so glad Joe passed his exam! Is there anything you want me to pray for? Are you doing ok? 💖

Rebekah that's how I feel. When I get angry about something I turn from God because I feel so ashamed about what I'm thinking. The bad part is I have a mental disability.. & I get angry alot

The waving thing I learned down in North Carolina my girlfriend was sitting on the porch and she kept waving to everybody else like wow you know a lot of people she's like I don't know anybody they just wave and I wave back I was laughing so hard I couldn't even believe it definitely not anything like up north

There was a preacher in a town where I lived that honked at people. He had to have the horn in his truck replaced a couple of times. When people passed his house, they honked. He said when he heard someone honk, he always said a prayer for them right then... It was strange, but super cool.
