Just bought my equipment. I already have the LLC. I just dont have the customers. I'm excited to do the first job but, I dont even know what to charge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Understand cold calling is better than nothing (sometimes), however you will have to expend far more effort to get every customer. Those customers you do eventually get will not typically be that well paid and will have a minimum if any loyalty. Not to mention cold calling is a dreary existence, especially if you have a brain. By positioning your company as the expert and creating inductance in the market not only can you get far more customers, they will be willing to pay more. Instead of cold calling and interrupting them and pestering prospects, you position as an expert that can solve their problems and you become sought after. Not only will they pay a premium they will chase you. Your answering the phone to motivated buyers not bugging people who don’t know you, your business and couldn’t care less as you peddle your wash service. When you position properly your competitors fall away into the market noise and your voice is all the prospects pay attention to... you can literally be twice the price yet the only company even considered. I was once a hard core cold caller. But after transitioning 20+ years ago I’d never go back. Position don’t pester. Trust me, it’s far faster, more profitable and easier than pounding the phones.

Can you please explain "position better" - To me this is like a politician answer... just saying words without any help or examples / repetition. The video gave me a ton of reasons why to cold call and how to form a list to get possible future commercial clients. How do you "position" your company in front of the customer you want in a professional manner? Door to door sales? Internet marketing? give me some examples please.
