Thanks for the tut bc i was looking for connected texturepacks and mods for a week now and now i do have em, they werent working at first for me but that was bc i had a texture pack of my own on and that was overwriting the optifine, ive now deleted the glass textures from the texture pack and it works perfectly fine now

Well the icon they are using for this mod is showing gravel, dirt and sand connecting to each other as well but that don't seem to be the case while u are actually in game tho

I think you need a compatible resource pack containing those textures (for connecting gravel with sand and such)...

Hey man quick question i have sodium 1.18.2 it runs just fine but when i use it with indium (also latest version) my worlds dont load, it just stay in the loading screen and eventually crashes, any idea why?

im using forge, and i really need a way to connect at least grass and paths textures.... hills look really bad i cant install optifine because i have rubidium, it is incompatible but has more settings for performance.

I play with the Patrix recourse pack in Sodium\Iris. Sadly "Continuity" is just to much of a performance hit on sodium so far to be usable with the Patrix pack at least. One scenario on sodium it drops to 35fps, on optifine same place it's 95. So the hit is to big for now. Works way better on Optifine, but i feel Sodium is better for memory usage\lag\loading times. Guess one can just hope for more combability\performance in the future for Sodium. Edit: I noticed if you use Better+clear+Glass recourse pack with glass pane's, the 90 degree bits don't show. And you can still define each pane. Without it they look how they should for me. Seems like the order of them matters.

@@gamerpotion Sorry late reply. I use the 128x or 256x packs. And the panes could just be a me thing with it not loading right? Then when i switch order the 90 degree part renders. Just thought i would let you know. Hoping the options will be in sodium evt if possible.

I've ALWAYS hated that glass blocks do not have connected textures by default. Every time i see vanilla glass I want to SCREAM at the devs. This isn't hard people! Make it a basic feature of glass!
