i saw an article earlier this year that said grip strength is one of the most useful biomarkers for overall health so anyways I’m starting my grip strength training arc now

Haha, hell yeah my dude! OP probably knows, but just a heads up for anyone considering this: it’s important to keep in mind that correlation isn’t the same as causation. Just because grip strength correlates with overall health doesn’t mean that simply increasing your grip strength will cause improvements in other areas. There are likely confounding variables at play-things like overall fitness, diet, and lifestyle-that influence both grip strength and health simultaneously.

Move the grippers to your finger tips for pinch training. Thumb doesn't get much use otherwise.

I feel every gripper except captains of crush grippers tend to be lighter, you should try them if you are really into grippers.

@@bejaloxD that would be awesome! These one in the video were borrowed from a champion armwrestler. Ill definitely check out captains of crush tho.

Grip isn't all that important in armwrestling! You want your opponent to be holding onto you--not the other way around. If your hands slip apart, they strap your hands and wrists together, so you don't have to hold on at all, just pull!
