I pray about the things I want for my personal life and business but I don't set goals or action plans on how to execute them. You mentioned in an interview asking God to enlarge our territory which could bring in more clients, work and of course income. I know I'm not operating at my best in my full-time job so I know if I don't make changes now I won't operate at my best for my own business. God doesn't give us more than we can bare therefore if I cant manage my earnings from my full-time job than I won't be able to manage earnings from my business. I'm praying to stay committed to the changes I'm implementing in my life for a better future.

Yes I've been intentional about training my mind and body. I often do yoga, meditations, chakradance to shift my energy and raise my vibration, use positive affirmations and work on my mindset to reach my goals.

We have to become what we want before we can get what we think we deserve. This is an excellent point! Why are people so willing to work on everything but themselves? I have learned personal development is the key to. Achieving and maintaining big goals.

Thank you for this video! An example in my life I can think of is not having a job for months, yet still paying for the gym, organic food, & supplements with my credit card while looking for a job. Although I felt guilt for using the credit card because I knew I was creating more debt, I didn't want to let my health suffer in between searching for work. I made sure I searched for a job diligently. I didn't want to settle for any job either, I held out for the ones I knew would pay well or that I would enjoy better. Lone behold I just got a job at the nicest restaurant in my town! And I spent my unemployed days at the gym getting fit and cooking healthy meals. Now I can focus on paying off that debt and proceed on taking care of health. Now I'll be physically & mentally ready to work a difficult job. I totally resonate with your content and I'm so glad I discovered you !

Love your new video, Patrice! I'm all about healthy living. I believe with healthy bodies and minds we can truly live our lives to the fullest. Few years ago I started to really take care of myself because I felt that I needed to become healthy (mind, body & soul) for where God is taking me. It is so true when you say we need to be FIT to maintain where God is bringing us otherwise, we may give up or not be strong enough to handle it. Can't wait to hear more! :)
