@@AustinWayneOfficialomg ur part about lifting and testosterone caused me to realize why I don’t have hollow cheeks. My whole life I have had the my tongue on the roof of my mouth, I have been swallowing correctly I have had good posture, and I have had low body fat, but now thanks to u I realize that it is because I’m really weak. Nah it has bullshit. Anybody who thinks maintaining 8% body fat is healthy or normal like this guy is making it seem is ridiculous. Arnold had like 8% body fat at his prime. The chart he showed is not accurate as to what the percentages of body fat looks like. Right after winning mr olympia. They wouldn't let him play conan at 8%. He had to gain body fat to play conan the barbarian. Most healthy bodybuilders aren't maintaining 8% bodyfat year round lol. You forgot to add the part where most of the male model industry is using steroids, or if they aren't then they use things like Klen/growth hormones lol. They just won't admit it because it will ruin their reputation and make them untouchable in the industry because it has a negative stigma, This guy is a brand, he's trying to sell you shit.

The game changer for me was me realizing that my jaw posture was bad. Up until I was about 14, I used to just walk around with my jaw in it’s resting position, which at the time was a really bad overbite, and it made my jawline recede upward and toward the back of my head when I did it. On top of it just not looking great, it made me look way younger and made my cheeks and lips chubby looking. I guess I figured out mewing on my own years before I ever heard the term because I trained myself to not let my jaw rest in that overbite over the next year or so and it actually worked. It was a little uncomfortable at first, and my jaw would get tired after a while, but the longer I kept at it, the more accustomed I’d get to it and now my jaw doesn’t get tired at all in that position, and now it naturally rests in that position instead of that overbite I had. Turns out when I fixed that, I was actually hiding a pretty sick jawline back there, and now that it’s no longer receded, my cheeks and lips aren’t all bunched up anymore and look hollow and defined. I’d highly recommend trying it out and seeing if all you need is a bit of posture readjustment in the jaw and neck.

Did you still rest your molars on each other to fix the overbite or did you consciously keep your lower jaw further forward? I've got the same thing but idk if mewing will just fix it naturally even if I rest my molars together and stay in the same position

Great Video, but One thing i would like to point out is that's not how a 8% bodyfat looks like it at least has to be around 12-13%. I have been training for 4 years now so I know through experience. It could be kinda misleading for certain amount of people. So guys I would say being under 15% bodyfat is gonna be ideal if u do want defined jawline and cheeks. U don't need to under 10% bodyfat which in some cases can be rather unhealthy and even some bodybuilders blast themselves with gear to achieve those crazy numbers.

My cheeks have become sunken and my cheekbones have been expressive since I was 14 - it looks very ugly, I’ve been wanting plumper cheeks for a long time, but I have a feeling that my cheeks will become plump when I gain weight up to 100 kg 😭. Very helpful video Is it noticeably easier to maintain a good physique and body fat percentage than initially acquiring it? While I’ve been mewing since high school I’ve been holding off on worrying about the small details because I’m focusing all my will power into getting lean and going hard at the gym which I figure is most essential and needs to be done before looksmaxing can even help that much If maintenance is still very difficult I may as well get used to also incorporating all the small stuff now though

If you're lifting weights regularly it's really easy to maintain. The greater your muscle mass, the more calories you'll burn and thus can consume daily. This is why "diets" don't work, because you need to be eating enough protein to maintain your muscle mass, or your metabolism will start to adjust to your lower caloric intake. You should eat around 1 gram of protein a day per pound to sustain, and up to 1.5 - 2 grams per pound if you want muscle growth. When you start really counting it, it quickly becomes apparent that you need to be intentional about your protein intake.

What about genetic double chin? No matter how low on body fat I get, my double chin is the very last part I would lose fat from. I once went to 44 kgs (161 cm) without my intention (illnesses related), so I was quite underweight, but double chin was there.
@islothful2508
@islothful2508 Жыл бұрын
The causes for having double chin is usually because you are neglecting the muscles that are right under double chin and your neck muscles you know like when you look up, it's holding it tight and these muscles aren't worked enough so the skin tends to like droop down which makes the double chin effect. So basically you just need to do some exercises to target those muscles, there are many on youtube, but if you can't find the good one I can drop a link here. ^^

How the hell am I supposed to nose breathe when I'm face planting into a pile of Tony Montana snow everyday? But in all seriousness, I've been a gym rat and maintained a strict diet for years. Getting and staying lean is EASY...if you're getting ready to celebrate your 20th birthday like this guy. Even at 30 it's not hard if you have discipline. But after 35, it gets harder every year. No matter how clean your diet is and how much you're in the gym, you'll find an alien material forming on your lower stomach. I'm told it's fat. I've never seen on my body before but I hate it.

I would defnitely not recommend this, having hollow cheeks makes you age substantially faster. Cheek fat is what makes people look youthful and wrinkles and fine lines are mainly caused by a loss of volume and sagging of the cheeks. That's literally why fillers exist, to plump up the face and restore lost volume, so while hollow cheeks may look good in your 20s it will definitely not look good when you're in your mid 30s, early 40s and beyond.

No amount of work will raise your cheekbones, you either have high cheekbones or you dont. Its down to gentics and your bone struture, the only way to get higher checkblones is through implant or filler. You were blessed to just have high cheekbones, once you lost weight from your face they became more prominant. Loosing weight will show your bone structure I agree, but it will not give you high cheekbones unless they already exsist under any excess fat that's lost. All that would happen for a person without high cheekbones they'd go from a fat face to a gaunt face, the underlying structure has to already be in place, a mans facial bone structure will be set by aged 18 and unless you then have surgery or filler added all that will change post puberty is the amount of fat on your face which can obviously go up and down depending on your lifestyle and eating habits. You can tighten the nuscles around your jaw which in turn will give you a more pronounced, defined jawline, but raising the position of your cheekbones either through diet or exercise absolutely not.

Hey should I remove my wisdom teeth? Because they grew out this month and they are quite straight so idk. I've also heard recently that removing them can cause bone loss and bad facial developmet so idk what to do. I remove mines, aside from the discomfort (it takes time to get used) is totally worth it. You allow your other teeths to stay where they should and technically have a better looking smile (show your t''s). A bright smile is charming everywhere.
@wanderingintime
@wanderingintime 6 ай бұрын
so did you ever get your WT removed? if your dentist says to do so, DO IT. WT can grow into your mouth many ways. if they fully come out of gums and are in straight, and dont push your teeth to overlap, then sure dont remove. but if they are so tight they prevent you from flossing, or grow in at an angle or impact into your molars... or hurt.. get them removed. if they are only partially emerged (like at a diagonal and only a corner is out of gums) it can cause a lot of bacterial growth. this can cause you to need root canals in your wisdom tooth AND the connecting molar. ALSO as you get older, the roots to the wisdom tooth begins to curl, and could curl around your nerves. then if you find, in late 30s or 40s you need to remove WT for some reason, the surgery becomes more perilous because severed nerves can cause face paralysis and you could get bone loss because as you get older it's just harder for the bones to heal. (and expensive) dry socket is harder to deal with too. if you're worried about a soft jawline bc WT removal, try vigorous mewing to jack up your masseter muscles to get your jawline angled.

How To Be Simply Saved. 1. The bad News. We are sinners. (Romans 3:23.) We deserve to be punished in hell for our sins. 2. The Good News. Jesus Christ who is God’s Son died on the cross for all of your sins. He was buried & rose again to give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4. Romans 6:23.) 3. How am I saved? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. (Acts 16:31.) 4. Once saved, always saved. Jesus said in John 6:47. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. Do you believe that you are saved by grace and promised heaven because Jesus died for you? Yes/No

I've tried to grow and in my 20's now it seems unlikely, I'm working on my body/face and mental health but still seen your video about being tall and wondered would it be insane if I got limb lengthening surgery to grow from 5'8 - 6'0? Two of the three most attractive traits are being tall (5'10"-6'2" is the ideal height range according to scientific studies on women), and having a bony face structure. Both of those are genetic. Being lean will highlight your good face structure if you have one, but being lean w/out the face structure will not make you handsome.
