Hunter eyes are mostly genetics. Sure you can do your eyebrows a certain way and slim down but having deep set eyes, having a certain eye shaped and canthel tilt is genetic

The only other way to get even close is by getting cosmetic surgery, and even then the results will look off and unnatural.
