I'm Trinidadian, and I have noticeably strong features. My high cheekbones and full lips are amazing. My jawline is masculine and present without being considered Eurocentric. I've also notice that my face chisels more when I'm on a regular cardio routine, drinking plenty of water, getting rest, and hitting that sauna about 4 times a week. I appreciate this content however its important to realize that we are genetically made different. Everyone isn't going to have a strong jaw, and That's ok.

Thanks for the video never heard of that one. There is a classic face exercise that strengthens the jaw too. 1) Look upward gently at the ceiling kind of a a 45° degree ankle. think looking up in prayer pose. 1) Next gently push the bottom of jaw upward toward the ceiling. When done correctly you will feel a gentle tug from the muscles under the chin. 3) Do 10 gentle reps in the morning and 10 at night. it really helps to tighten the muscles beneath both the chin and jaw.

Mewing doesn't really work unless you're in puberty. Also, theres a common misconception with mewing, it's not that mewing will give you an amazing jawline/hollow cheeks. Remember, your tongue posture is just what you have always meant to have. The major benefit of mewing is that it prevents you from making very dangerous mistakes like mouth breathing.

Breathing through your nose and chewing your food with your mouth closed is proven to have an affect on the jawline, i dont keep my head aligned, i do a small tilt upward naturally, this allows your neck look longer and just looks better with good posture.
