How to get ... If I can just reach my perfect form MOST OP Z SOUL IN XENOVERSE

READ FOR STEPS IF YOU CANT UNDERSTAND ME
READ DESCRIPTION!!!!!!!!!!!
If you guys could not understand me here are the steps
Step 1: Play PQ 23 ( CLASH! Perfect Cell!) Defeat Cell 2 times under 3 minute and wait for warning SIGN To appear after if it says "You Got Equip" You did it right. You want the Z Soul "Im Your Brother"
Step 2: Do PQ 25 ( Artificial Warriors) Finish the PQ By Defeating the Cell JR P.S You do not need the Ultimate Finish For the Z Soul
"Now Im Fighting For Real"
Step 3" Go the Item Shop and buy the Z Soul "Im an Andrioid" For 40000 Z and a Soul Echo Device.
Step 4: Go to the Mixing Shop and Mix by materials and Make Bwa Got you if you do not have the Z Soul already if you do Skip this step.
Step 5: Go down until you see Bwa Thanks for the Energy and make the Z Soul if you do not have it already. ( if you do Skip this Step)
Step 6: Go to PQ 25 ( 17 and 18 Of the Official History ) and Play the PQ Once you beat 17 and go through the portal it should say you got Equip if not Stop and Retry you wont get it at the end. The Z Soul you want is "Now Im Fighting For Real"
( You do not need the Ultimate Finish for the Z Soul)
Step 7: Go Back to the Mixing Shop Go back to Mixing with Materials Scroll Down untill you see the Z Soul "Im Not gonna be that easy" and make it.
Step 8: Go down Until you see "..... If only i could reach my perfect form" and make it and your Done!

Also if you loose 30 percent of your health, with if I can just reach my perfect form z-soul your stas decrease dramatically. Because I have see the stats of decreasement and believe me you become 2 times weaker and damage received are also increased. Ofcourrse the stats looks exciting but for me it is better to use the vegeta's z-soul I can't it's all over PQ 51. Has the same stats. the difference is, cell's z-soul when loose health the negative effect is parament even if you regen your health, vegeta's z-soul is not parament, plus gives the exatcly the same stats.

There's a difference between depleting and losing health....Depleting means getting ko'd...Losing healths means....well you know what loasing health means

Cause people like this can't get good at the game and it's the best chance they have to beat it lol. Must be super fun to do the same 3 things every fight. Use full charge for full ki, turn Super Saiyan, and spam an ultimate move. Them once you're out of ki, use full charge, turn Super Saiyan, and spam that 1 ultimate again. Just repeat the process until you win. Talk about really enjoying a game and mastering the combat system. Guys like this entered the world tournament and got embarrassed by people that were actually good. Most of them quit and went to fortnite where they learned to use a be shotgun and spam walls lol.

+Sauron Ikov no if u get hit once your fine but if u get 1 quarter of health gone and u have 3 quarters all that Extra stats will become Horrible debuffs like i have a melee chac 100 Attack and i used to one hit chacs.like hercule videl the evil Chacs but when i try now i techinnaly have 80 attack because 5 Boosts like that means 20 so mine would be 120 untill i get hit a few times then its 80 any questions msg me

Every z-soul which has negative effect, it is a bad z-soul. For me the most OP z-soul is Hmm from elder Kai. It is not for pvp match but for the main story and parallel quest. Imagine to equip any ultimate attack. For example. Perfect kamehameha with no more games. with "Hmm" z-soul it gives the same increasement to all ultimates attacks and supers. Plus ki regeneration and stamina recovery three times faster than z-soul "Might as well..." . the only bad here, it activates after 2 minutes and 40 seconds. After the activation, you will have these effects.

Worst z soul in the game.all your states increase by 5 but soon as your health go down 15 percent all your states crash by 10 or more.so use it if you never get hit but in that case your still better without it.
