@Armando Problemas Have you ever been to Moscow? You can’t find those “Soviet” things if you’re not looking for them on purpose as the KZbinr did. Except of Lenin Mausoleum. I meant those vodka cafe, super soviet hotel.. Get rid of Lenin Mausoleum? That’s a really good idea. We often talk about it in Russia. I don’t know why but the dead body is still there. btw Stalin doesn’t have a mausoleum now. And I don’t remember if I ever seen any Stalin Monument here. We don’t have so many Soviet reminders. That’s why I didn’t like the video. It didn’t show Russia. It showed post USSR. And not every Soviet reminders and spots are stupid. It’s our history. We need to know and remember it. The reminders don’t speak. We’re creating thoughts looking at “the reminders”. And all the thoughts are different. P.S. History is written by winners. There’s always a good side and bad one.

If you ever come back, hit me up and I can show you some better spots! PROBABLY the most popular young man (millenial) in the world now is Fiki Naki, a 21 yrs of old youtuber, 2.8 million followers from Indonesia. He is known to many girls, teenagers in European countries, Russian and its federations, Asian, etc because of his fluency in English, Russian Language and two other International languages His ways of communication to girls are educated, simple, clear, and sincere from hearth. He talks to girls with his emotion and positive thingking. This way he gets place in girls' hearts. Also because of this, the Russian language is becoming more popular to youth all over the world. Also because of Fiki, many people now know Indonesia. It means Indonesia now is more popular. May I suggest the Goverment of Indonesia and Russia to pay attention to Fiki for example to arrange for Fiki Naki a visit to Moscow and to meet Presiden Putin in person. By the same way by Presiden Jokowi of Indonesia to invite him to the palace as a privilege. Fiki, you have motivated many youth in the world. Thank you. And Thank you. Pls keep up the good work.

«НУ ТУПЫЕ» фраза Задорного наконец-то обрела свой смысл после просмотра этого видео. By the way, in order to get US visa, it takes a lot of time and money. Probably, it’s from Soviet time 🤔

@Factor X yeah, sure... US are famous for awful healthcare, violent police, awful internet, uncontrollable monopoly, huge unemployment, racism, huge national debt... And you're calling Russia a third world country? GTFOH, please.
@elena79rus3 жыл бұрын
@Factor X Lol. Russia literally has the best internet in the world. In small towns in Siberia it is much better than in large cities in the USA.
@elena79rus3 жыл бұрын
@Factor X Also, there wi fi not only in subway in Moscow, but even in bus stops. Wi fi is everywhere there.

@Factor X As far as healthcare, Russian healthcare is much better than the horrible healthcare in the USA, and is 100% free.

We didn’t see the Bolshoi this trip, but in our Saint Petersburg episode we did see the ballet at the Mariinsky Theatre.

@@howtotravel-tvDid you enjoy it in Russia? In general, around the Mariinsky theater is the construction of the subway, probably spoiled the impression

@@howtotravel-tv Have you experienced any homophobia during your stay?
@howtotravel-tv4 жыл бұрын
Unpopular Opinion good question: even though many Russians were willing to have open (and sometimes critical) conversations with us about their government, the topic of homophobia was definitely not a focus. I would personally assume, as in many places, the government’s perspective is usually very different from the people’s’ perspective.

@@howtotravel-tv I didn't know that they're allowed to criticise the government. Do they have any gay clubs of some sort?

When you go to Russia how much money should you save up lol.
@howtotravel-tv3 жыл бұрын
Depends on your travel style! In this case, I only spent $40 on airfare. Hotel doesn’t need to exceed $150usd/night, meals don’t need to exceed approx $20-$35usd. But... if you want to dine at White Rabbit, you should plan on $300-$500usd.

This was disgusting. Russians do not eat that much food and do not mix the food how they did. This was just disgusting and sad that the producers of this video did not focus on the beauty of the city and good Russian food, but picked up the weirdest items. It was painful to watch. I wish they had stomachaches and diarrhea.

Get out there and explore! Expect to embrace things that are funny, or weird, and enjoy the differences. And by the way, be bold enough to say something about internationally condemned politics and rights violations. And take all of that with a shot of vodka and chase it with a little background in history.
