Develop relationship with your creator. This avatar/animalistic breeding is 3D. Time to grow up and find LOVE within yourself. Nobody is a better company than yourself. Respect your soul, not your brain/software.

Thank you for the great content. Got some thinking juices flowing! Glad I came across this. I'd like to find a relationship, and I'm 56, never married, 2 years out from a nasty narcissistic abuse situation that was followed by an almost fatal emergency health issue a year ago. Both of which have left me with PTSD. Am in therapy and am healing physically and emotionally, however, not sure I can trust myself to know a good man when I see one - or a bad one for that matter. For someone my age, where to begin - again?

I hear you. I think slowness is your friend. Maybe you focus on getting out there slowly, one date at a time. And your frame initially could just be tracking what's true for you (vs trying to making something happen) to get you back trusting yourself

I needed this one today! Question: for those of us that tend to be seen as only good for that 1 thing, how do we get them to see our potential as partners without making ourselves look unattractive? Like you said, that’s part of a healthy relationship, yet only 1 part of the relationship overall.

One thing that’s important is that you never put your dreams aside for someone else’s dreams. Everyday strive to be the best vision of yourself. Work on those things that bring you the most satisfaction and take that one thing and stay in it until you can’t take it any further. If you give up on you then you have lost everything.

@@idbountyhunter that’s really solid advice! Thanks for sharing

I would start by practising how to see yourself fully. The more you do, the less likely when someone who doesn't will you keep them in your world

I was in a 19 year marriage that I lost myself in. I divorced him. I’ve only had two dating relationships. One lasted two years and the other one month. it’s been a decade since I’ve dated. I’m terrified to put myself back out there.
