Truly amazing to see how you program your supersets. You are demonstrating a ton of experience and understanding. I would absolutely love to see a weekly programming for total body fitness/strength that includes bells and clubs together. Plus, you have soooo many areas of expertise. I would love to see you do a gumbo with your multiple interests. People who have a huge array of interests are the most interesting.

Thanks for another great video. I have 20, 30 and 40 lbs KBs, and 10 and 20 lbs weighted maces. I have been trying to get heavier KBs and some clubbells without much luck. Everything has been sold out and waiting for more supply. The only available Rmax club is 45 lbs, but I know that will rip my arm apart.

Mark, love this idea. May I ask, how would you set this up if you are doing the clean and press program to prioritize shoulders. I ask because if I'm doing the program three times a week and I get the nerd math up to ten sets( I know) should do the laterals immediately afterwards, if fatigue didn't make me pass out?
@MarkWildman
@MarkWildman Жыл бұрын
The single arm clean and press program? I would set up a chaser program and do light day with 90 sec sets of alt lateral and front raises for 2 sets with 2 min between. A heavy day with sets of 10 Archer cast Front raise thumbs up 45 degree forward lean lateral raise

@MarkWildman
@MarkWildman 4 жыл бұрын
The club movement limits you to thumb up variations of shoulder movements. So it’s limited. If you wanted to get crazy you could then chase with a dumbell movement with palm down or with pinky up but that going full bodybuilding on it. Sounds pretty cool
