Whats up bro!! Thanks for the support, and my plan is to obviously try and go pro after college I would like to go back to Europe since I have my EU passports and I have a-lot more connections there than here and after footy I could see my self doing anything really from being an agent/marketing agency to working a corporate job or even having my own business..... well just have to see what life has in store for me but just taking everything step by step and God will take care of the rest. And obviously I just hope to be able to keep inspiring you guys!!

I took a little time off….but some stuff that can help is doing a lot of calf stretches and rolling your feet out and then another thing is rolling ice on your shin….what I do is fill up a paper cup with water and the freeze it and rub that over my shins

Not if u find the right ones ;) been to a lot that have been scams but thankfully 2 years ago I found these two people and without them I would not be where I am now. I was bout to quit soccer as I had back pain and hip pain for 3-4 years and was on and off from football and very depressed as no one could fix it and then I found these 2 people and they were able to help me get better. Hope you find some that can help you out as much as they helped me 👍

Chiropractic care can be really useful. I had a pinched nerve and I could hardly do day to day things like sitting for a long period of time. All I needed was an adjustment at the chiropractor. But if u don’t have and specific issues and if u have a bad chiropractor then it would be a waste of money.
