Sunscreen is necessary in general. The effects of the sun in your skin are different depending on both your skin tone and the place in where you live (the UV intensity is not equal at different latitudes). Sunscreens can have substances that can be endocrine disrupters but not on such low concentrations. As personal experience, I have no option but to use sunscreen, even if my diet is completely free of vegetable oils, I still get sunburns extremely easily. For context, I live in central Mexico (where the UV intensity reaches up to 13 in summer, and 9 in winter) and I have a very pale white skin Skin cancer is not as straightforward as he says. There exists cumulative sun damage at a cellular level, which causes DNA damage, from this is how skin cancer is born, not a you expose to the sun and then you get skin cancer, but instead a slow cumulative DNA damage.

Seed oils take 8 years to leave the human body.. i doubt you’ve detoxed completely from them.. hence why you still get sun burnt. I live in Australia and have cut out seed oils for almost a decade now.. and only just recently i’ve stopped burning in the sun.. i used to always burn!

But sunscreen wasn't around before the 70s. People worked outside and I don't they were dying like flies because of the sun. If you haven't tried reducing carbs and sugars and eating more meats and animal fats please do try it. It's not an overnight cure, but your skin will get stronger and stronger. Give it the time it takes for your body to accomplish a complete cell turnover.

I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

12:09 Keep in mind that you have to pick the right oil for your hair type If you have fine texture hair you are gonna wanna opt for lightweight oil such as argan oil, you can use olive oil, castor oil or coconut oil, but only as a pre wash, after washing you are gonna wanna apply a lightweight oil that will not weigh it down. If you have coarse texture you can get away with using heavy oils such olive oil, castor oil or coconut oil. And if your hair is oily you are gonna wanna stay the hell away from hair oils

Jeez man I kept telling this to ppl like 6 years ago. I was looking like a roasted pig for 5-6weeks each summer. I'm pale so I''d just burn easily. What a bunch of bullshit. My food was just drowning in seed oils, lots of restaurants, junk food, premade "salads". Tons of "hearthealthy vegetable oils". After stopping those, and raising saturated fat instead. My sunburns are gone. Like literally gone. Ofc I will burn when I'm outside for 10h during prime summer. But I can be outside most of the day, get a slight burn and next day I'm alrdy tanned. While before I couldn't be touched cuz my skin would just burn by way less exposure for days.

Alright, G, I'll buy a damned shower filter. I just want to say that as a white AF man who gets sunburned every year and hasn't used sunscreen in a decade, one bad burn is enough to cause a tan that leaves me dark enough to not get burned again. But then again, I work outdoors. Soap on the face is also something I gave up a long time ago. I use coconut oil on my face after showers and it has been working incredible. The antibacterial aspect helps because I'm acne-prone and when I was using lard I'd flare up. If you don't have dry/itchy skin or bad acne, you can also wash your face with used coffee grounds. After this your face feels really soft and has an almost matte feel to it. edit-spelling error

There's a lot of misinformation here. Corrections: Bentonite clay is indeed exfoliating. Polyunsaturated fats (PUFA) are not inherently bad, Omega 3 and Omega 6 are PUFA. It is also present in avocado, salmon and butter, and should be at 10% of your daily diet. Don't mix them up with highly processed and refined seed oils that you actually advise not to eat. Scrubbing and exfoliation are not the same. Oils are not moisturizing, they are emollients. They lay on the surface of the skin and thus keep moisture from evaporating. Sun exposure causes skin damage (google UV damage on skin), not just skin cancer. Pretty alright basic info for men's skincare (idk how I got here lol) but this is far from factual.

Summary: 1. Sunscreen contains estrogenics - avoid products with "benz" and "phen" in their name. Avoid parabens, phthalates, 4-mbc, and benzophenol 2. Get a shower head filter (to remove chlorine and fluoride from water) 3. Remove seed oils from the diet. They increase skin photosensitivity 4. Use tallow balm on the skin. This is a moisturiser and contains retinol (vitamin A). Can also be used instead of aftershave 5. Shea butter can also be used but is less effective than tallow balm as tallow is from animals 6. Artificial lavender is estrogenic. Natural lavender is not 7. Beta carotene adds pigmentation to the skin (note: sweet potatoes are also a good source) 8. Collagen. Eat chicken skins, and supplement with collagen powder (note: bone broth is a good source of collagen) 9. He has products in the description for sunscreen if you need it that don't contain estrogenics (I couldn't find it), and for alternative moisturisers to tallow balm (Sukin Rejuvenating Day Cream) 10. Good sleep improves skin 11. Cleanser - Sukin Cream Cleanser 12. Mask - Bentonite clay mixed with apple cider vinegar 13. Tallow bar soap for washing body 14. Routine: wash your face once in the morning and once at night with the cream cleanser, then apply tallow balm. Use bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar mask once a week (note: can be used 2-3 times a week) 15. Use a wooden comb for hair, not plastic 16. Shampoo - Alaffia Beautiful Curls Curl Enhancing Cream Shampoo. Avoid shampoos with phthalates and parabens 17. Moisturise hair with olive oil or coconut oil 18. Pomade - Seattle Pomade 19. Body moisturiser - tallow balm, olive oil, or shea butter 20. Pore strips on nose (do your research first) I'd recommend people check skinsort before you buy products.

I rub coconut oil on myself before I go to the beach. Everyone laughs at me but i am the only one who does not burn and tans. Watch your diets also. You are what you eat. The Sun is the giver of life and is not there to burn or destroy us. It is the heavenly Father. If you have skin issues it is not the from the sun. The issue is with you. We were made to live on this earth. Sun and all. You must have the right amount of magnesium and vit C in order to assimilate Vit D. If you are deficient, you will not be "sun ready". You need the proper minerals, nutrients and vitamins in your body to absorb and assimilate the suns rays. We have all been lied to. The flu is another lie. It is a vit D deficiency. Look at a graph of the suns change during the seasons and look at flu season. The flu shots are making everyone more susceptible to falling ill and it is making you more likely to get the flu. Regarding sunscreen, you're wrong. Firstly, it doesn't matter about skin colour or sunburn at all, its about the skins exposure to the sun itself, all people, regardless of skin colour or ethnicity require sunscreen, the majority of people in hot countries such as east Asia always wear sunscreen, not only to prevent skin cancer, but for reasons such as skin damage, your skin cells will be damaged and your appearance will age much faster. Secondly, most sunscreens have those ingredients just for preservation and they're only trace amounts, theres a lot of research proving they're in such small amounts that theres literally zero chance of you getting cancer or any harm to your bodies function from then, you're much more likely to get cancer and harm your bodies functions from the sun exposer or a bad lifestyle than the ingredients in the products. Always. Wear. Sunscreen.

@xuziao Жыл бұрын
@@str8buster144 It’s true that darker skinned people are less likely to get skin cancer but they still can and their skin will get damaged by sun exposure, actually more than light skinned people as their skin attracts more light. The issue with this video is that he is speaking pure nonsense with nothing to back it up, he clearly hasn’t looked into the research on the ingredients or sunscreens, if he did then he should post his sources, which would be research studies, but he hasn’t and instead is making these claims to viewers which don’t care to look into it properly.

Not only that, but those “ingredients” he mentioned aren’t supposed to be in the sunscreen anyway. It’s literally not part of how the sunscreen is processed rather it’s usually a contaminant problem. @@xuziao no darker skin absorbs vvitamin D SLOWER, so it needs more sunlight. Perhaps you are talking about hyper pigmentation? I used to have problems with acne. My dermatologist told me to clean my skin with natural soap like Palmolive and gaveme perscription for ointment that was made by pharmacist in a local pharmacy on demand. He also told me not to use sunscreen unless i go on vacation to Egypt. Everything changed and my skin started to look better and better. I also started using low-carb diet and my skin looks much better after a few months.

Plain coconut oil (with specific essential oils if you wish) is a great sunscreen alternative, but the best sunscreen in the world is called "tan". Since bentonite clay is a sponge for toxins and heavy metals, you should never get it in contact with metals (like a spoon) or it will saturate with the metal from the spoon instead of that of your body which you want to get rid of. I use bentonite clay in my toothpaste but it can also be added to a bath if you want a proper detox.

there's an insane amount of money to be saved by not falling for the psyops or buying products that cover up the issue by creating another issue instead of tackling the root cause. even if healthy alternatives are sometimes more expensive, they solve issues that would have to be dealt with by spending money anyway, so really it's a smarter investment into your health and well-being + it's based

I have medium dark skin and have never suffered a sunburn in my life. As a child I would sun bathe for hours. I can take a nap in the sun and the only thing I'll get is a darker tan. Melanin is definitely more than SPF 10 and it doesn't let up after an hour or two. But I also think having oily skin helps quite a bit. This is the classic ‘using scientific principles to sound true” when your application of these principles is misleading at best and untrue at worst. I hear people talk about talk about chlorine in water all the time or ostensibly hormonal cascading effects from synthetic substances. But (i) these are often times mechanistic effects that haven’t been proven with using with humans where there are more complex systems outside of how two chemicals interact with each other or (ii) are in such low doses that it is safe for humans because it doesn’t cause any harm but people think the microscopic amounts will somehow kill them… People want to embrace things that seem natural or have some ancient history and want to rally against synthetic products / big pharma… They’re willing to believe any esoteric bs that lacks evidence because it aligns with their world view. I am pissed that the algo put me on this garbage. Hate this pseudoscience nonsense where people keep trying to push naturopathy and alternative medicine without a clear understanding of the science.
