How To Skate Drops & Stairs Comfortably
This is one of those obstacles that lots of skaters love but I always feel like could be dangerous if not done properly.
Here's an easy way that I warm up to a stair set. If you can't even do this then I wouldnt even try it. Build your way up and be safe guys!

I don't do stairs anymore now that I'm 35. But when I was in my teens I was a stairs master. One other tip as well as these that I use to do is also try to look out and not look down at the actual stairs.

Don't forget to always keep knees and hips loose kinda like springs so when you hit the ground bend your knees so that the shock get obsorbed

yeah it's the same in theory, but your mind messes with you when you go faster, so practically it's harder to commit to, but it's not harder to do.

Unless something is really long you don't even need to do a whole ollie more of a manual with a little pop off the edge, i feel like with stairs it's easier to commit cause you're gonna get more hurt from not committing.

Just use bones reds bearings. Super smooth and durable and affordable. Make sure to lube them up every year or so

Pamcakes got it, best rec. Also you could do Bones Reds Big Balls. The bearing balls are bigger but fewer, which means less friction and supposedly more speed. Andy Anderson skates those.

you could probably get 8 ball bearings for around $20 they're super smooth and spin for a long time I would recommend them. you can also probably get them at vans or zumiez if you don't have a skateshop nearby
