if you want free heirloom just make new accounts level them up to level 20 open the packs and if you dont get heirloom make new account do the same and if you make 10 accounts or little bit more you will have it guarnteed

Why only lvl 20?

Well if its a glitch, and alot of people do it, they just patch it, you lose the heirloom, and no you dont get banned, unless your doing a apex coins glitch, then thats different
