Break down feet tight, so 1st step is big each way. Feet should be fast so dont lose momentum, sink hips, start chopping feet tight, almost a pitter patter that you explode out of

Just lost a game to a team that ran so many mis-directions and had TEs and Linemen blocking me (a DB) I got put on my ass. That shit is never gonna happen again. Any tips for getting around blocks from bigger guys when they have momentum

Sometimes with weaker WRs I let him take himself out of the play( using his own momentum) . I also Use Push Pull Rip. Or sometimes I’ll just blow up the play and kinda use like a bull rush and get around the block.

there are also some pressure points around the elbow and forearm that can be exploited by digging your fingers into them really hard. obviously don't be a jackass and rely on it every time but I do find it very effective at sending a message to blockers who likes to grab your jersey
