I have more than 13 years experience as IT/Developer but I do not have an undergraduate degree. I got a conditional offer for MsC. I did not go through an interview just provided them lots of references 1 from former school, 1 from my direct superior and 2 from colleagues with good position in the company I'm working with. I also provided them my resume and a cover letter telling them why I want to study. My conditions are UKVI assessment, deposit and english test. I can totally relate to your feelings, that's exactly what I'm feeling right now. I feel so insecure sometimes, I overthink sometimes. What if they kick me out if they realized I did complete any degree? I don't feel qualified. But looking back how I work hard and learn everything from scratch, the effort and determination I put through my work. I can say I've come a long way and I deserve a degree just like everyone else who finished an undergraduate course.

I did this for my doctorate. No previous degrees, just a hodgepodge of coursework from half a dozen universities. All I had to do was apply and have some interviews about my preparation. They just need to know that you are capable of doing research. I had no issues getting accepted to multiple universities. I started by taking a few courses on research methods, a few electives in my specialty area, then began my research during my second year. So my first degree was an EngD in 2012, then back in 2016 I went back part-time for my MBA and finished in 2019. I'm actually now going back to school for a bachelor's in music theater. I'm doing it in the opposite order you're supposed to, haha.

@@JiwonLee-wz1oo I got my doctorate at Heriot-Watt University in Engineering, but many universities accept students to graduate programs who don't have a bachelor's degree. Off the top of my head: Harvard, Notre Dame, Rutgers, U of Southampton, U of Essex, U of Redding, Heriot-Watt, Trinity, etc. It's not that uncommon. Typically you just need to show that you are capable of doing research without remedial coursework. If your discipline has a subject GRE, that's a good place to start if you are capable of scoring in the top quarter. I know people who had accounting or actuarial credentials (but no degree) who entered straight into MBA or PhD programs. I know a woman who had a PMP credential but no degree who entered directly into a master's in management program. Many UK schools have online conversion degrees that are basically just accelerated bachelor's degrees, but add on a master's dissertation. US universities don't often advertise they accept students into graduate programs without undergrad degrees, but all you really need to do is get your potential thesis advisor to be interested in having you in their research group.

I got into MSc in General Psychology @University of Roehampton and finish in 2021 without a bachelors. However, the caveat is I had over 5 yrs of experience in school counselling and diploma in teaching but many university in UK will welcome applications into MSc
