I just got out of one! Start exercising. Sharpens the mind, it’s good for rest, sleep, focus, motivation. It’s all connected. Get everything uncluttered. Spring cleaning, your room, etc. start seeing it is inevitable. And then it’s time for a schedule. Stick to it. I mean come on let’s go. What are you going to do, sit on the sidelines your whole life? Only you can motivate you. You’re going to die someday and you won’t see it coming. Get going. Take a swing. Finishing just a few pages a day feels fantastic.

A good clean does a lot to clear your head. I spent a week repainting my apartment after being let go from a show once. Then I wrote a book.

Film Courage does the best interviews. I've loved both of our long visits.

Having my third place be a resturaunt got me through much of the pandemic. If prices hadn't gotten jacked up I would have kept going as often as I did. I feel lots more anxiety not having as strong of a connection there now.

Thanks for posting! Hopefully we will see prices balance out sooner than later!

A fried of mine was exec chef at a place I used to go to all the time. During a particulary vicious slump, she noticed I was dropping in just for appetizers and started to just bring out dish after dish I hadn't ordered. Beautiful.
