Wise words, as always. My remedy for avoiding ruts is to be as creative as possible, curious and open to our rich and multitudinous world. Difficult to be bored when there are literally endless possibilities of discovery. Thank you so much for your inspiring and beautiful videos!

I had watched when I was a college student like 6years ago for day off and lived in New Zealand too and Ive been working in hometown living with family since ‘19 made money now I’m ready to try to move by livening myself, go abroad, find partner, arrange working stile, anything and I’m feeling living local and global make myself comfortable…

Sena your new facial hair looks really handsome. Also, one comment from me, I think the target mental state should actually be contentedness, rather than excitement and happiness. Perpetual happiness seems unrealistic.
