A big part of it for me was coming to grips with my situation and accepting being a "single mom." A lot of me wanting to save things was feeling obligated to make it work because we had a child together. And yes, number one is so important to break the soul ties.

These are all factsss I wish I knew this sooner and I'm 34 years old on my 5th child by this toxic narcissistic man

Yessss on the intro! I call him “my childrens father” just to put some respect on his name… even though he doesn’t deserve it.

Heavy on the first two. I feel so pathetic for still sleeping with him he’s clearly moved on. I’m not sure how to get over him especially since I keep sleeping with him.

Don’t feel pathetic at all! You’ll get the strength to take that first step and then everything else will be easier

I think personally is not about getting over the baby daddy, cause i was never in love with him, but not getting mad at him for the stuff he saysvsnd the way he acts

I never comment on videos/posts but I can relate to this so much…and it really helps me to know I’m not alone because sometimes I feel like I am because none of my friends or family can relate to this

Thank you for the tips sis! I feel like my situation is a little more difficult because unfortunately he lives with me and my family as hes helping pay rent and with things around the house. But I hate seeing him everyday knowing how he's treated me, but all i can do is work hard, save money, and grow mentally so my son and I can get up out this house😅

Exactly!! It’s a lot harder but as long as you keep the principles and keep doing what you’re doing which is working hard you’ll have your own ❤️

My is 22 years of marriage and 3 kids. I blocked him on everything. I don't want him back he just made a move that hurt me because i wouldn't take him back, he went for the woman he cheated on me with years ago just to piss me off. I just don't want my kids around her thats all. We divorced last year and we were co patenting beautifully until he got with her. She gave me alot of issues in the past.

Thank you so much for this video honestly. What do you think would be a good idea when exchanging kids to each other when they’re emotionally hurting you?
@Singlemomguide5 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for watching!! Is it possible to have someone with you as you’re exchanging or at least someone on the phone to limit the amount of words spoken before it escalates? Emotionally immature people feed off words I’ve found so limiting words may help! Let me know what works well for you 💕💕
