When I try to get a new trail, the activation fails when I start Parallels. It says the activation failed because it could not connect to the internet.

What happens is after it says that the trial has been activated, the app quits then when I re-open it, the same window (with login/register) shows up so I can't even use the trial. WTF?

if u can't find the library just go to the go tab, hold down alt and it will appear

No it just restarts the trial and the parallels windows 8 desktop will resume to where it was left before you restarted the trial.

nooooo! you have to enter a different email because they will know who exactly you are and when you started your trial... enter a different one and try it will work. good luck!

your doing it incorrectly, try this: Go through these folders: 1, go to documents then press the command (cmd) and the up arrow key at the same time continuously you should go to the main front file which would have something like Macintosh and network but you might have some more files. 2, Then you click macintosh. 3, then click library. 4, Some where in the middle it should say preferences, click on that. 5, Then at the bottom you will find parallels. 6, Then the following file 'licence.xml', now all you have to do is delete it.

Does anyone else have this problem? I can download games fine on parallels but the mouse sensitivity is WAY to high i change the sensitivity to the lowest on both mac & windows but its still going crazy does anyone know how to fix this?
