Hi Rowan. I've been following you for 3 years. Thanks for what you do. If you have already done this workout please post a link. I would like to see a workout focused on strengthening the muscles around the sacroiliac (SI) joint to combat lower back pain for sitting down too much. Things that encourage back extension and stregthen the transverse abdonimus. Thanks.

These are good suggestions, but I'm 70. I can do many less repititions and must do these much more slowly. Will that also work? You are young and toned, so of course you can do it.
