IF YOU JUST FINISHED THE FIRST ROUND READ THIS. For each round I felt like I almost died and I wanted to give up. Every time. I thought I couldn’t possibly do four rounds. But your body is stronger than you think. Keep going and you will realize it’s not your body stopping you from doing the next round ITS YOUR MIND. You will feel so proud of yourself for pushing through. With every round you can feel yourself getting stronger and more capable of each exercise. Don’t give up. Do it again.

This is the best core workout. I try to keep up with Chris leaving the video in the background. That's how I got rid of my lower back pain and built a solid core. And the funny part is: the more you do this workout, the harder it gets. Over time you'll improve your technique, which will increase the intensity. I've been coming back to this one again and again for more than 2 years.

is all in the mind or heart in your sons case. for me when he says 45 sec, i feel the real burn pain by 30-35 already and i am almost giving up, so i say -i have had done it, keep going, and when it hits 45secs and it burns like hell i do 1 to 2 more secs just to remind my self that i can always go further despite the actual burn feeling

Chris has the best follow-along ab workouts. I just finished this one for the first time, had to take my breaks, but I'm definitely sweating and feeling the soreness in my obliques. Hi, Chris. Thank you for inspiring workouts. I am a man in his 50's who hadn't exercised in 15 years before I started your routines. My issue is that I have arthritis in my toes so exercises such as mountain climbers are very painful. Please could advise of alternatives for the reps that involve being on one's toes but have the same benefits on the abs. Thank you in advance.

I lost weight very slowly just by eating healthy and hitting the heavy bag for 15 rounds/3 minutes with high intensity 3 times a week. I'm 47 years old andI lost 38 pounds in one year, but very slowly. I just started doing your LVL 1-10 push up routine and after a couple of days I'm at level 7. My upper abs are showing, but the stubborn fat low on my belly and the lovehandles just won't disappear. I will start with this abs and obliques workout tomorrow and see what happends. subscribed and liked every video of you that I've watched so far, also downloaded your amazing app. Just a shame the shipping costs are ridiculous high for the Netherlands, otherwise I would have purchased some stuff from your webshop. Ok, that's hard and tough also for who is not a beginner. I reckon that a beginner level in Calisthenics is already an intermediate/advance level for mainstream fitness people visiting the gym 3 days per week. I was on a 1 round abs workout for 20 days, twice a week. Last week I did 3 in a row. But so to say, I work out every day in ballet and other types of dance, and still, these abs workout are killing me with soreness up to 2/3 days, results are very visible in 20/30 days. If you're overweight, forget about it, if you're simply out of shape, give it a try and don't give up. After a while, your form will get better and you'll start to feel muscles you never thought you had before. Thank you Chris, you're an awesome athlete!

Hi Chris, I started today and really enjoyed the burn after round 4. I don’t get why everyone is whinging instead of telling the future visitors how effective this workout is also how long after doing this beginner w/o we shall switch to a more advanced one. Great music by the way, you are awesome 👏🏻🔥

I can't begin to tell you how much of a role model chris is to me I'm 15 years old and I've been putting in a-lot of his workouts and warm ups I , even have the app on my phone. ( wish me luck for all the hard work pls)😁👍

Just did my first day of this, could barely do 1 round but we finished it!!!! I’ll keep y’all updated on my progress going to do 2 or 3 times a week depending how I feel. 1 slow round completed though and holy cow the engagement I felt 😬
