Make sure you have 24 powers in total before you start NG+. If you don't have any Powers From Beyond missions, and you don't have all 24 powers, go and talk to Vlad. He should have the quests starters.

@@holymsophy One is tied to Barrett as a quest. Try talking to him if you don't have Parallel Self.

@@holymsophy I'm not sure. Oh, one is linked to the last main story quest. And the other may drop a bit later. I would go ahead and finish the main story, get the last artifacts, but do not place the Armillary on your ship. Return to Vlad and that may get you the one you're missing.

I started a new character/game out of sheer frustration. I was a level 70 and was eagerly attempting to get more than thirteen powers. I received the Bessel III-b prompt, but never received the "scanner anomaly" marker on my map. The quest to acquire the power and to use my scanner shows under the Main and Misc. tabs. I know how it all is supposed to work, but I dropped down at a random 120 spots on the moon and never once got a scanner distortion, etc. Again, the "scanner anomaly" never appeared. I "discovered" over 50 locations, completed the full 8/8 survey a couple of times, sold the surveys to Vlad, and ... nothing. No new "catches" by the Eye for other temples were ever available because nothing ever materialized on Bessel III-b. (And, ... no. Seeing the exact location of the temple on KZbin videos does not even come close to matching what I see and zero of my discoveries remain visible upon return to that silly rock.) With my new character, I thought I would finally be able to have a temple manifest on Bessel-III b and that I could then proceed to locating others. Sadly, I am now in the same exact position again. There are hundreds of "places of interest" (including over 50 anomalies and myriad structures) on B III-b, but no temple among them. In case it is relevant, I am playing on console (Series X). In short, I think I am just screwed. I keep seeing videos with people using some kind of freezing power and it looks so enjoyable. Sadly, I will apparently never get a shot at that one. The Bethesda patches have never addressed this specific and apparently very common issue. They seem more concerned with "fixing" exploits that made the game particularly fun (e.g., the Akila puddles of loot) than fixing an issue that has many of us frustrated and ready to quit trying.

Basically there's 25 powers and the only way to rank them to max rank 10 you have to find all 25 powers 10 times. You can only rank them up once per play through. Sense star stuff is totally worth it though lol.

I got rank 2 of personal atmosphere on my original playthrough.

The main problem is that after a certain battle with one (or both) starborn, you get a bunch of artifacts. Now, each artifact matches one temple. And most players forget (in their first playthrough) to visit the newly unlocked temples and rush to the Unity. So be extra careful IF you want to have all your powers maxed out.

the game still tells me theres 2 more temples and I cant get the quests for them so rushing isnt the problem for people.

@@zombieblaster5754 you cant go to temple if you have not the corresponding artifact (and of course vladimir's dialogue). Remember that you get a dozen new artifacts after defeating the final starborn battle

@@kzar99 You're just repeating yourself. Like the guy above said, "rushing isn't the problem for people." Context should have clued you in when they mentioned they are missing two powers, and not a dozen or so...

@@KrimetTStarKiller as i explained multiple times, its the artifacts you get from the last battle - talk to Vlad as always and you are set to get all powers. Does not matter what the game tells you. You should have all powers at the end (except perhaps one due to Barret's questline if you choose to do it)

@@kzar99 I'm aware how many times you wrote it, that's why i mentioned you're just repeating yourself. But again, as I said before, You get over ten artifacts after the last battle. So considering the person in question said they're only missing two (and not ten+), it stands to reason they have already completed the last battle, spoke to Vlad, and are still not getting the power quest to pop up... It definitely matters what the game says, if the game wont point you in the direction of the last missing temple... It's a bug... Hope this helps kiddo.

You have to advance damn near to the end before you can get Vlad to tell you where more powers are. But the rinse abd repeat 25 times then do that 9 more times is kinda dumb.

This is what stopped me cold in Starfield. I ran into a glitch in one of the Powers from Beyond quests where the quest target didn't work, no marker showed up on the planet and the quest was unobtainable as a result. Stopped my game progress at about 8 temples. I don't see any indication of Bethesda addressing this bug, but it's kind of a moot point since my house (and my Xbox) burned down over Thanksgiving.

fly to the named systems , some will pop up automatically I had the same problem and found some extra powers by just flying around randomly , some popped up automatically when I entered the star system

You can also find temples by traveling to other systems.

Stuck on NG+5. No inventory or any saves. 3 times 3 different Universes, I got killed and had to start from my last NG+4 save. I think my game is f kin busted. I can use the Cutter but can't access any aid items. Gutted lol

You get the powers anyway even in NG+ if you visit all the tempeles

Im REALLY slow.... Please advise haha. So im near the end of my first play through. I have almost all powers. So I need to finish up all the powers, then go NG+ right? And then when I go NG+ I need to do the shortened play through or the full playthrough so I can get all the powers again? (Im asking which one I should select) I dont want to accidently miss gaining powers when I do NG+....

Full disclosure I still haven't done it myself, haha. But I would make sure you get all your powers before you NG. Cause getting them from the temples will reset. And the thing is you don't HAVE TO get your powers to NG. I don't use my powers but I do get them.

so apparently there are a couple of NG+ (multiverse's) that don't have ALL temples for power. Don't know if that is a bug or feature.

Bro you can’t get all of the powers until you have all of the artifacts after you fight the star-born for the final artifact DO NOT finish the animally go back to the lodge vlad should be there to give you the rest after the dialog about the eye being shut down finish all of them then build the animally and go to the unity YOUR WELCOME

Why is it that everyone says go see Vlad at the Eye? I'm level 98 and Vlad HAS ALWAYS BEEN at The LODGE for me. He also keep whining about giving up his room in the Lodge for Andrejia. I haven't finished the main story, but I'm a good way through it? Why isn't Vlad at The Eye for me? Have I not done something?

So there are certain points of the main story Vlad is at the Lodge, but he doesn't stay there long.

He will give you more up to when you go through the NG+ process. But Jose did say there was a time where the multiverse he was in did NOT give him all of his powers. So he had to do another one to get all of his powers. This could be your situation.
