We also had to have a report a police report, had to go to the embassy and get things apostilled, and get all of that stuff done at the embassy and finish up a bunch of stuff in the US before you even go on your first trip. And I always recommended my clients to get a one-year Visa which is just as easy to get as a 3-month Visa.

I think, (correct me if I'm wrong) that the Police Record should be delivered by your country of residence (where you leave officially) and not from the country of your birth or country of your passport. It's normal because.

Question: with the application to get the temporary residency do you have to leave the country and get back to get it when it is approved or you can stay in the country as a tourist and wait for the approval?Thank you.Cheers.

So you have to have a birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, if you're not married anymore you have to take all of that to the consulate in your state and then you have to have it at pasteled which means then it goes to the governor... With a letter. You're making a sound so simple but it is not it takes a lot of footwork and if you live anywhere near San Francisco that means you have to deal with all the San Francisco BS the parking and the crappy office there or whatever but you should be able to find your consulate office a Paraguay consulate office in your state And it has to be notarized and a pastel which is totally different than notary. You must keep copies of all these documents because anything can happen to them. Then when you get into their country then you have to find a notary and another upper still person and you have to go through that whole process then wait in line for you for hours to be seen and then sometimes you have to get more paperwork and bring it back to them so get as much as you can right up front

Hi, Vlad. I am confused. Do you work on helping with relocation for more than one country, i.e. Colombia and Paraguay and also have done residency yourself in several countries? Is it definite that a person can have either temporary or permanent residency in Paraguay without living there for 180 days or whatever? Just you have to come for the residency application in the country and then once every three years?

How is it relevant to get a police record from Canada? Surely one from Ecuador would be more appropriate? I think you're missing something... Yes you may have to make three trips but you can actually live there for several months if not a year in between your travel. When I lived in Ecuador all I had to do was go across the border to Peru and come back in and that was considered a trip. I was out of the country on a certain time frame and then back in and started again so I don't think he's telling you the real truth not truth but getting it clear so we understand it I think there's a I think there's a lot of miscommunication here I started out with a 3-month Visa then I went to a one year Visa and after the first year I was able to apply for my cedula, but I didn't have to go out of the country and wait a year to come back in that's what you're making it sound like in this video so maybe there's another video out there that would be more comprehensive
@rhondalloyd9564 Жыл бұрын
In Ecuador, leaving the country does NOT reset your 90 days. Nor does it reset in January It’s 90 days in the country in a rolling 12 months period from your first entry. Going to Peru extends your 90 days, by the amount you’re gone, but you do not get a further 90 days after a few days out
