Thank you for this inspiring video. I've have started pilates two weeks ago after doing yoga for a year. To me, pilates is the perfect combination of strength, flexibility, and flow! And yes, after just one session you feel the change inside your mind first and then your body 🎉 I have already feel with more energy through the day. I experience some knee discomfort (not pain) when doing high lunges though (after having knee pain for 16 years). Should I avoid this posture, or engage more the gluteus to properly align the knee?
