Do u mean add plugins? Cuz to add u just go to plug ins and eq which should be below track volume and track pan. Let me know if I answered your question 😅

Na it only removes the quiet to get a clear vocal, I think u can do that by some other website or something

It should be there because it’s built in GarageBand, and it’s in plugins and eq when you tap on track controls
