Here are some simple tips to help you on your recovery journey
1. Understand the difference between a hypersensitive nervous system and an anxiety disorder
2. Learn how to manage your stress levels through breathing, meditation, or other calming techniques
3. Recognize triggers that make you feel stressed or anxious
4. Identify changes in moods and behaviors when you are feeling overwhelmed by life events
5. Find ways to get enough restful sleep each night
6. Practice self-care activities like reading books, listening to music, or painting pictures

Remember that when you do stuff outside your comfort zone and you do take those steps towards recovery, you will feel symptoms. There's not a single person. I know, including myself who didn't have symptoms during their recovery.
Your success and your recovery are determined by how well you respond to symptoms. So just know that symptoms are not the worst thing ever and don’t mean your recovery is failing or not working.
