The fact that nobody talks about subliminal affirmations for perfect skin and beauty on Borlest speaks volumes about how people are missing out. I will do intermittent fasting for the rest of my life. The first 2-3 weeks were the hardest but once you get past that, it becomes easy. BTW, I'm down 45 lbs. Only on one pharma med and I hope to be off that soon! I highly recommend intermittent fasting.

@@herbetrono4373 this is GREAT to read but PLEASE please please ALWAYS right that this must be done right by eating CORRECTING BEFORE, DRINKING SUITABLE LIQUIDS FOR ONE'S INDIVIDUAL DURING THE FAST, AND TO BREAK THE FAST! I have known of people fasting for a month to fit into a dress for a wedding or something, and then BREAKING that month long fast with CANDY BARS AND GORGING ON THE FOOD AT THE WEDDING OR PARTY (!!!) - AND THEN NEEDING THEIR STOMACH PUMPED IN A HOSPITAL! SO PLEASE ALWAYS INCLUDE THIS correct eating needed to do longer fasts. PLEASE. Also bubbles may suit you but may irritate someone else, salt can be added to whatever liquid(s) someone decides to drink during their fast. People need to learn to read their body's needs before, during and to end a fast. Not writing this to you to make you stop sharing, NOT at all, just asking you to ALSO include the info re properly eating, drinking during, and how to end a fast and restart eating --- to end a long 21 or 31 day fast one generally SHOULD NOT eat a full meal until a few days of small simple meals have passed (after ENDING the long fast).

One thing that worked for my skin and helped it glow was following a good skincare routine. I keep my skin moisturized by staying well hydrated every day. I cleanse my face twice a day, in the morning and at night. I use the very gentle riceberry face wash only. After washing, I apply riceberry vitamin c face serum by litleextttra. When I go outside, I always apply sunscreen. Just following these things made a significant difference in just 3 months. I hope this can benefit someone else who is looking to improve their skin texture.

Sooo many years, approximately 20 years, I've searched for topical treatments to get rid of the hyperpigmentation on my face. Dark spots took over my face & so many products to combat were bought. I don't wear makeup so I couldn't & didn't want to mask it, I wanted them gone. Not until a few years ago when I began eating raw vegan food, just because I wanted to try something new to get healthier, did I notice an ENORMOUS change in my skin. It was glowing, smoother AND the dark spots disappeared. 😯 I couldn't believe it! The money & time I spent searching for a topical treatment could have gone to foods at my local farmer's market or grocery store. I'm not a vegan nor do I want to become one but I'm an 80%er. Lol. I'm so wowed by what these foods (and eliminating refined sugars, processed & GMO foods) are capable of doing to our bodies.

Same. Small areas on the side of my face and neck where I've messed with my skin from the acne reactions as a result of shaving. I usually heal quickly from anything but now left with the dark spots on those exact spots. Had them for about a year now.

Try a topical vitamin C & alternate with Palmers Coco Butter every other day. Should help these marks within a few weeks, also keep these areas out of the sun or they will get darker.

In Islam we have the month of ramadan when us moslims have to fast from dawn to dust with no food or water aloud. I can tell you that few years ago when ramadan fell in August it was hard but we did it .If you are young or very old or have a medical condition you don't have to fast. Yhe reason why we have the month of ramadan is to experience what poor people go through which encourages people to give to charity which we have to do at the end if the fasting month.its hard fasting but at the same time you feel peace and calmed within yourself. 😊😊😊😊😊

I never had pigmentation on my face until I went into a tanning bed. It had a face tanner that I had pulled close to my face. After about a month I woke up with a really dark pigment mustache and and dark pigment on the sides of my face. I used a cream with quinone in it and religiously applied it to my face until it was light enough where I wasn’t so self conscious to show my face, it took a looooong time. A few days ago I went to the beach and guess what? I’m right back where I started😔 I will definitely be trying allll your recommendations to get rid of or lighten my face. This will help you from the appearance stand point. Which your skin does take in the nutrients of anything that you put on it. You do have to work on what you put inside your body too. Even if you can't eat as healthy as you wish. Make sure you take your supplements and that before bed without any sugar content before or after this way you can wake up refreshed and also helps you sleep better. Sugar usually kills most vitamins. So it's important to take your vitamins without any sugar or carbs hours before and hours after

I love Dr Berg's videos - always very informative. One thing which I can't agree with, is fasting. If I don't eat for hours, my blood sugar drops and I feel irritable and tired. Perhaps it works for some people, but not for me. I also don't believe in cutting out carbs completely. I still eat bread and pasta in moderation, always cook fresh food and also eat lots of vegetables. I enjoy good quality meat and fish in moderation. I walk every day too.
@mjremy2605 Жыл бұрын
Your blood sugar drops because you are eating carbs. That happens with carbs. Yes, you should give them up and only have some occasionally. Pasta is the worst. The best way is to keep reducing the carbs on your plate while leaning more to veggies and meats and some fats in moderation. I had the same trouble. Sudden drops in blood sugar. But carbs will spike your blood sugar then have it come crashing down. Meat and veggies are so right for me now. Keep cutting back. Your body will adjust. Exercise helps a lot.

There are No way to GET RID of Aging Spots, time will win, period. Laser treatment lightens the spot, but the aging spots comeback. Yes, the aging spots are already deeply rooted under your skin, no matter what you do. It's life, as we live longer, we have to accept all the unpleasant things. It's human being's dream to live forever long, forever young and forever healthy, it wouldn't happen. Die young beautifully or live long ugly. Focus on how lucky and blessing we are alive everyday, you will have less stress!
