uncapped FPS isnt always the lowest latency. setting it just below what you can maintain 99% of the time will get you better latency

first i want to ask where you found -noreflex launch option as there isnt any documentation on anywhere, its not listed in the steam support guide for launch options and is also not listed on the valve dev wiki list the second thing i want to say is if you dont have 7800x3d amd cpu or one of the even more powerful ones i cant recommend putting on anti lag as it makes fps very unstable (atleast it was for me) i was usually around like 200fps but they dropped hard to sometimes 60 and when i turned off amd antilag+ in cs2 settings and anti lag in amd settings my fps got way more stable and more i now have a pretty consistent 230-250 with the only times i go below 200 is when im on train

If you want to measure your input latency, you can use www.latencymon.com (not sponsored)(don't use DPC Latency Checker for measurement, it's outdated). Edit: Note that these types of programs only measure system latency, not in-game latency nor screen latency nor mouse to PC latency. To measure those, you need some special hardware. In this video we reduced both the system latency, in-game latency and screen latency though.
